• Tudor Rose. Need to be a darker, more velvety red. Also, you know, not lopsided :P
  • Abstract field of poppies. Can be much improved but I'm still quite pleased with it :)
  • Daffodil.
  • Bluebells. I wasn't happy with the shade of blue or the yellow detailing so...
  • ... I made a second version! Much happier with this one.
  • Lily of the Valley.
  • Space rocket, as suggested by the lovely Clothcat.
  • Sunflower. It took me so long to work out how to do the petals - two layers! so simple! Why did it take me over a month to work that one out??
  • Tulip. Hmm. Needs work...
  • Looks great and you'll be sorted for the Space challenge in May (or was it June?) - Cloth cat

C365, day 234 - Catching Up

I was so annoyed at missing out loads of days in my "design a day" challenge that I had a veritable BINGE of felt crafting last night to catch up. Totally cheating but I don't care :P

Most of these are ideas which have been floating round my head (and my sketches) for just ages - it's great to finally get them finished (well, almost: these all still need their brooch backs and the fronts & backs stitching together). The space rocket was suggested by a reader of my blog! :)
