The old Calgary Brewery landmark (built 1892)
This was originally a thriving Calgary Brewery beer plant, now a temporarily self storage lot. Up until 1994 this plant supplied the Calgary area with plenty of suds. In the early 90's competition drove the plant under which at that time was run by Molson Breweries. The owner is Calfrac Well Services and chairman Ronald Mathison. They're leasing out part of this lot to Stor edge from across the road. Plans by the latest owner are to demolish this 117 year old historic building.

Discussion at Inglewood Community Association about preserving the historical Calgary Brewery landmark (built 1892)
It was a packed house at the Inglewood Community Association Thurs July 16/ 7:00pm. Some people attending the meeting talked about their experiences they had with the brewery during it's operational days.
