Yellowstone River

Going offline for a week or so but thought I'd squeeze in an upload before I left. This is the Yellowstone River in the falls area of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. One thing about being in a place this beautiful - it made me play with my shutter speed and aperture. Quite a bit of fun. I think I should do it more often.

Happy

We've had a great time in Yellowstone. But I've now hit my fill of children, family, everything being so blasted far of a drive, trying not to wake anyone in the morning... The kids are the worse. They swing wildly from happy and giggley to pouting and tears because I won't buy them something at every gift shop. Or they get grumpy in the car because they're tired of the 100 things I brought with in there for them to do.

And to think, we have 2 very long days of driving ahead of us.
