Chumbee is a male, and quite famous. In August of 2007, he was loaned to Vienna's Schoenbrunn zoo, which, according to news stories from Scotland to Australia, "had despaired their own male koala would ever get to grips with the bear necessities. Zoo manager Helmut Pechlaner said: 'Chumbee hasn't stopped since he got here, it has been almost non stop sex in the koala enclosure ever since, and now even our own male is joining in.' "

Go, Chumbee! Maybe he has to hide his face because he's just sooo handsome. :)

At least he's awake! I must pay another visit to the zoo. Haven't been in ages. Was tempted to go today but the weather forecast wasn't so great. I could have got away with it though. It didn't really rain until fairly late this afternoon.
