FLAME
Dylan's at Scout camp at Llandysul this weekend and it is soooooooo quiet without him. Went over to help celebrate 35 years of scouting in Llandysul around a campfire. Reminded me of my days in Guides. It was great fun and Dylan was brilliant acting in 2 sketches. He's such an extrovert and so happy in his skin. Left him with 2 tons of snacks for tonight's midnight feast and a little girl who kept following him - i think it's love . I noticed that he had not washed or changed his clothes in 2 days:))))
This flame started the celebrations.

LOL, the "love" thing already. I still think of my daughter as my "little girl", and she is all grown up and living in Denmark with a great guy.

Steve -Denmark!! you must miss her - I will treasure this time and just hate the thought of them growing up to be adults. There's a programme about the late great Spike Milligan's life and his deep love of his children - heard him say 'children don't grow up to be adults they just vanish from the face of the earth' - so sad - :(((

That is amazing. Wow Jan, you got a great shot there. I love the smoke going up into the air. The red is really hot. What a cool shot, well i guess hot but you got what i meant. Oh, also it looks like its whipping around the top part that is way cool.

Katherine - the camp fire leader held it up and swung it around which gave this swirl effect. It was a good start to a brilliant evening.

For the first time in many years we had our 2 with us for part of our hols.
They are 29 & 27 but when they were together acted like 9 & 7.

Hehe... I was a Scout myself and use to have a reeeeally great time when I went to camps... So I'm sure your boy will have a wonderful time too!
