Broken Zipper

This thing is designed to hang from your bike saddle and hold, well, whatever you want to put in it. I have a spare inner tube, a multitool and a CO2 cartridge/injector. Plus a phone, keys, maybe some nutrition.

Unfortunately, the zipper sprang apart during use today and there's no room to re-engage the zipps at the bottom of the track. Unless I can jimmy this thing back together, it just became a useless accessory.

maybe add some snaps or something? Wouldn't be waterproof, though. That would not be good for my phone.
