I wish I could remember what it was called, but it's like a Rice Krispy Treat made with ice cream. We were stuffed, but these were delicious.
Duck breast, apple, cheddar, kimchee-cous cous
Monkfish, white bean-brown butter, blood orange sauce, brussels sprouts
Scallops, chicken-fried lentils, radish, lychee miso sauce
Shrimp "spaghetti" (the noodles are made from shrimp), tomato, basil, garlic, and garnished with shrimp.
Cold fried chicken, buttermilk-ricotta, tabasco, caviar...
Peekytoe crab roll, salt ‘n vinegar chips, celery mayonnaise...
