a Powerhouse visit and a book trade

roo-ness!
a Powerhouse visit and a book trade by Brooklyn Museum.
Paula Bray and Seb Chan from Sydney's Powerhouse Museum came to visit us on Monday. They just produced a Blurb book from their materials on the Flickr Commons and Brooklyn had done a Blurb book for Click! so we made a trade!

The new book:
Then and now: stories from the Commons

Check out the awesome stuff the Powerhouse is doing on Flickr.

And if that wasn't enough, Seb is speaking tomorrow night (4/22/09) and there are a few spots left, so go check him out. Hey, Seb is doing great work, he's funny...and he lives with roos (note my t-shirt that I wore in the Aussie's honor), so don't miss it!
