invading homes

I got to shoot with someone I have admired, Brian Oldham! Sometimes I get nervous that I won't be able to get the shot very quickly shooting with someone new because I won't be able to give good enough direction, but he is a pro and I had nothing to worry about. In fact, it was me who was bumbling around in this too-long dress, tripping over myself as I ran back and forth to the camera ;) Got it on the 3rd shot - always a gamble with running shots :P

I hope everyone has a happy hump day! I'll be driving down the coast of Cali to attend/speak at an event at the Pacific Art Foundation all about women's perspective on art. I am exhibiting with 7 awesome ladies who I can't wait to see. I think it'll be a good night.

I anticipate this series getting stranger and stranger as it goes on. I am in love with combining pure photographic elements with those of a more cut & paste, collage feel. And so it goes! Silly outtake below!

    Hi Brooke,

Any chance i can use this for a EP cover, just a local band, nothing big??The photo is just the best! i don't even need a higher res pic, a screenshot is fine, its not to be published, no labels etc just to act as a front cover for free downloads on myspace.

I really hope you will be ok with this :-)

Loads of love from the UK!
