I had these vines from shooting my Hansel and Gretel shot and wanted to reuse them for this Goldilocks shot. I got a great facial from the oatmeal...or should I say porridge? They always say porridge in fairy tales.

everything about this is perfect as usual. it seems to me like something that appeared in the mind of a fairy tale writer after they had gone mad. its beautifully twisted. i really love how goldilocks seems dead, and that is reflected in the dead vines surrounding her. also, i really admire how you have done this, with all the colours, as well as how on goldilocks is in focus. it adds so much to the photo. the effort that goes into all your work inspires me a lot, and it really shows.

and may i ask, where do you find such wonderful dresses? i have a really hard time not only finding the money to buy them, but also finding a dress itself in the first place. thanks x

@Luce - Thank you so much!! As for the dresses, I find them mostly at vintage shops. This one happens to be Miss Aniela's dress that she sent me for Christmas, but most of them I find for $5 at various vintage shops here in LA :) I have no budget for props so I get everything as cheap as I possibly can.

haha i think porridge must be the english way of saying it? at least, i've ever called it oatmeal :)
i really love this though, the tones and focus are lovely. and that bit of vine looks like running water to me :)
