Moo Foo
Moo = Pork (Thai)
Foo = Fluffy (Thai) Yup.. I just made up that name :P Originally I'd intended to make fried egg (Kai Foo Moo Sub ~ Egg + ground pork + seasoning), but since I didn't have ground pork.. I whooshed the semi-thawed pork I had with white eggs in the food processor. Guess 10 pulses were one too many. Luckily, it wasn't a waste. Moo Foo turned out to be quite a hit at home.
