My version of Roti John

I never have the real Roti John before, but after reading about it from a food blog I subscribe to, I thought I'd give it a try.

Actually, in Thailand, we kinda have a dish that's very similar to this with a slight difference in seasoning and cooking method (instead of pan-fry, we deepfry.. though I usually just bake it).
