The Progress Inn, Sea Mills, Bristol. - As its name implies this is another step forward in modern public house design. One of the largest pubs ever built by the Company it serves a large and growing district. There are fine views and a large garden with ample car-parking.

the Progress is now named the Iron Bridge, this is a reference to a nearby iron footbridge which links the Kingsweston estate to the Blaise Castle estate and is reputed to be the highest bridge above sea level in the Bristol area.
