Toa Payoh Centre Official Opening, Singapore (2 October 2009)

His Royal Highness, the Prince Andrew, Duke of York opened our new teaching centre at Toa Payoh on Friday 2 October 2009. Afterwards he toured the centre, surprising many students along the way!
