I was really impressed with this email I received yesterday. I had bought tickets through StubHub.

I think this is a great use of technology for the context. They gave me information about today's pitchers. They have links to information about Tropicana Field. It is just a great way of putting helpful information in front of me.

These guys are thinking beyond the Web site and that is great business strategy.
