My friend sent me your art work and I love
it! I'm of mixed race and have found it hard
to explain my thoughts about my race. Looking
at your pictures has encouraged me to voice
race issues to my friends and family. Thank
you.
I am hosting an event in Scotland about
Race Issues and Ethnicity. I was wondering if
I could use your art for the flyers that will
be used to promote the event.
There is a discussion focused on identity
and race rage. The picture above would be
perfect for the event. One of the issues is
about how 'minorities' adapt to the western
culture and how we are perceived to by the
majority.
The event takes place on 25th May 2008; I
would hope that I could get a reply as soon
as possible so that I can start the promotion
of the event. I would be very grateful for
your permission to use the above picture.
