JANUARY 15-30, 2012. A Unesco/Loire & Niger programme to document and preserve the Niger culture and traditions in Mali partnered with Rising Voices project in Mali : Segou villages Connection. Boukary Konaté, project manager,took this opportunity to train to basic Internet literacy school pupils and teachers in rural areas along the way, on the banks of the river Niger.
