The old 1968 Riley Elf needed bodywork,
paint, and best of all, a new heart.
Traded in the old slow 998cc lump for a
SOHC D-series Honda VTEC. Having the
desire but not the skills, the rebuild
was handled by the guys at Mini Tec in
Royston, Georgia. I did the interior
after I brought the car home.
