And yes, the LCD is the one Google sent to Ad{Words|Sense} users last year. www.naffziger.net/blog/index.php/2006/11/27/g oogles-2006-... -- we turned the lolcat pics upside-down because the LCD is dangling from the USB connector on the bottom. No, the text-to-speech doesn't announce your credit card numbers, just the transaction info. Heh.

I tried with Debian first since it's a bit more compact but the Etch installer has problems with passing kernel args at boot to the IDE subsystem, which is important for this because the CF-to-IDE bridge card we have doesn't support DMA, which is on by default in Etch's stock kernel. Feisty is a bit more current and that kernel has the fixes in place to properly recognize the no-dma flags.
