I've decided to dive head first into night photography without really knowing how to do any of it. This is my first attempt. Didn't really turn out the way I was expecting it to. The star trails are a bit wobbly and the noise level is still unacceptable, but I will be working on it over the next couple of weeks.
The beauty in Colorado is absolutely astounding. I've been wanting to photograph this location for a while now, but haven't had the encouragement to fight the blinding daylight. This is a frozen corner of Lake Dillon, photographed in Summit Cove, Colorado.
Please give me some pointers on what to do. I've done a bit of Googling, but that didn't amount to much useful information.
