After spending almost a couple hours enjoying the Dancing Lights, I embarked on a leisurely stroll back to the entrance of the park. Among the planned picture stops was Grauman's Chinese theater. This was a park that I had never photographed after close before, so I was looking forward to getting some barren night shots.
I started out with the often seen fisheye shot to capture both the theater and the hat. After that, I focused my attention more on the theater, as I was expecting to be quickly greeted by security and pushed toward the front of the park. Surprisingly, I was still back here nearly an hour after the park close, and still saw families occasionally strolling past. This gave me lots of time to find some unique shots without feeling hurried. This was one of my favorites. Once I saw the green concrete, I knew it was fisheye time!
And as a bonus to my extended time in the park, I even captured Illuminations from inside Hollywood Studios! It was a little hurried to get set up, but I will be posting those soon.
Have a great Friday and weekend everyone!
