Brown CIP (Clapotis In Progress)
Pattern: Clapotis, or The Knitty Knit That Everyone Has Knit
Yarn: Katia Espiga (50% cotton, 50% acrylic microfiber), color 44
Needles: 4 mm aluminium
I originally bought 9 balls of this yarn for Rusted Root - but I had trouble getting gauge; this yarn is a bit too thin for the pattern (especially since I'm such a tight knitter).
So I started a Clapotis with it. This little bit took me two weeks at least -- yeah, I've been awfully busy at work, and haven't touched any knitting needles for a full week, imagine.
I'm still in doubt whether I'll continue knitting this Clappy or return the yarn to the LYS. It feels very nice and soft, but I'm not overly happy with the color and am not sure if I'll ever wear a solid brown Clapotis. Maybe keep it as a gift for someone else though? Oh, what to do...?

lol I've never knit this. I think I'm the only one. I've never even contemplated casting this on.
I love the colour for this. really nice, even stitching there! :)
