aka, the Jackal Knife by Gil Hibben. I bought this from a man in Memphis for around 80 bucks a few months back. One of the coolest/ geekiest collector's item I've ever purchased, "Faith's knife" was the knife used by Faith (Eliza Dushku) in her memorable slayer-gone-bad arc during the third season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

As a major Faith fan/ avid geeky collector of things I usually experience embarrassment or guilt for actually owning, this knife rocks.
