    Bunker Hill Road Tunnel
    Sausalito, CA

This tunnel runs underneath highway 101, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge, and connects Sausalito to the Marin Headlands. I once rode my bike through this tunnel when the lights were out. It was pitch black and all you could see was the light at the other end, which looked very tiny because the tunnel is about a half mile long. I could not see the road or even my hands on the handlebar. It was very eerie and the end of the tunnel couldn't come soon enough.

I like the lighting, I like tunnels too, but this photo's missing something. Perhaps a vertical composition would have helped it. Others are saying focal point... The focal point is the light at the end of the tunnel, but it's too far away to really get our attention. Voted "delete 5".

Yeah go ahead and fix them if you want. Otherwise it only matters in the end if we need to count votes.

that vanishing light trail takes the eyes on a ride..nice. the wall and street textures are so "touchable" and the colors are perfectly and accurately dingy.

even though the lines are slightly off center, you did a good job here. It could be a bit more interesting, but w/e.

      soft save.
