ATM fraud in action at Tesco

I helped to pull this entirely convincing card skimming false front from an ATM at Tesco in Radlett. Its appearance was perfect in every way - we sussed it out purely because it looked different. Anyone who hadn't used the machine before would, presumably, have happily inserted their card. The thing was stuck to the ATM with a few strips of double-sided tape and had obviously been applied hastily. It was logical to assume that the perps (as we call them here at CSI:Radlett) were still present and close enough to read PINs.
UPDATE: One commenter suggests that the blue tape on the right conceals a camera which captures PINs. Scary.
