      forgive my ignorance...are they frozen or is ice the name of the type grap they are?

      I don't know much about ice wine other than it tastes great.
      I think regular grapes but they are left on the vine until after the frost then they are recolted. The wine isn't frozen.

      Ah, yes --- I just made a comment on this beautiful tasting wine - but expensive!! Oh well, it is for a treat!! Great shots of these great of which I saw just before harvet for the regular wine!! We have some of the best in the world coming from this region!!
