Prawn heads cooking

help... me...

For prawn broth. Basil stems, parsley stems, onion tops, a few bits of garlic, some lime leaves.

There were people down at the dock snapping off heads and throwing them into the water. I ran up and asked for all the heads. So, there were lots of extra delicious heads for making broth with.

Though I love Shrimp head broths, esp. Thai soups... I never liked working with them *chills*
The look of those beady black eyes... too much like hamsters eyes; and those insect like heads. I know, over imagination.. but what can I do?
