Chocolate & Coffee Cantuccini

this one is mine. :-)
Chocolate & Coffee Cantuccini by Boots in the Oven.
Cooking School Update!
Cantucci al Cioccolato
900 g Flour
100 g Cocoa Powder
600 g Brown Sugar
250 g Chocolate pieces (whatever size or shape you want)
10 g Salt
16 g Baking Powder
20 g Ground coffee
450 g Eggs
Mix everything together. Preheat oven to 180'C. Roll out into logs just thicker than your thumb and as long as the baking sheet that you're using. Brush with an egg wash.
Bake for 20 min. Let cool until you can handle them. Cut on the diagonal into cookie sized pieces. If you like them crispier, return them to a 200'C oven for ~10 min.
Eat.
Warning: Makes ALOT of cantucci!

Hee - I'm glad you guys are so excited! I think the giant output is a danger of using the cooking school recipe. I'll be sure to tell baker-man you guys are excited!
