Oak moss and truffle toast

Oak moss and truffle toast by Boots in the Oven.
With little slices of breakfast radish, and I think flat leaf parsley. Yummily toasty, and who would have thought truffles and oak moss would complement each other?

All the amuse-bouches were paired with 2005 Iphofer Kronsberg Silvaner Spatlese Trocken, Hans Wirsching, Franken. Phew.

OMG. TFD. Yes, THE Fat Duck.
