There is not anything better (I use hyperbole for the sake of enpahsis) than seeing wonderful colors outside on one of the waning days of summer. This is a lovely photograph. Is that a gazing ball in the background?

    16. BooDilly's (45 months ago | reply)

      Hi Ya Bascom!

Yes, that is a gazing ball in the background. I wanted one ever since I was a little kid and saw one in the backyard of my friend Peggy's home. (Peggy also had an in ground pool... but I wanted the gazing ball more, along with the honeysuckle bush that grew nearby.)

... My folks thought gazing balls were tacky, so I had to wait many years till I could have one for my own :0)
(Now I just have to plant a honeysuckle bush!)
