    I was told that this building is the ministry of something. Perhaps it's the ministry of crazy 'Jenga' buildings. (update) I just found out that this was the State Department for Traffic. Hmm not as exciting as I thought.

      Hello guys, I live in Tbilisi, this building is really very very nice but now is't not a building of ministry, Bank of Georgia has bought this building this year, so It's headquaters of Bank of Georgia :)
