My favorite part of A Charlie Brown Christmas.
At first, I only had the top half of the Christmas tree decorated because Maisy pulled an ornament off and it broke. But after a day of telling her gently "no, no, that's not for babies," she just crouches over like this and looks at the sparkly ornaments without touching them. She's such a delight. As I snuggled with her in bed this morning, I felt complete joy when I looked at her little blonde head and nuzzled her whispy soft hair. Moments like those are just amazing to me. We are so blessed. I hope that all of you feel as equally blessed during this special time of year. I am thankful for you.
