To the wonderland of snow we go!

My sleigh ride is a bit slow today. That's how I want it to be for a Sunday morning so I can enjoy the view. I will, of course, stop by to say hi.

Thank God for weekends like this.

We had a wonderful drive yesterday for an unplanned breakfast at the
country. Mild weather, sumptuous breakfast, nice winter scenery, and a
wonderful ride while listening to our son's compiled songs. All that
plus we were able to sleep in a bit. "The taffy and the breakfast were
worth the trip," said our boy.

I thought I was going back in time in December. Wasn't fast enough to think that Canada has one extended Christmas season. Like you, that's how I like my SUnday, to be a lazy Sunday whenI can just kick back and relax. Eat Canadian breakfast with Canadian maple syrup and butter. Taffy? I thought they're the famous New Jersey candy sold at the Boardwalk in Atlantic City? I wonder if it's also a typo of a name of a hubby of someone I know.

Wonderful shot that is. Since we don't have winter in our country and I personally haven't seen snow for number of years already since my last stint over a business trip to Vancouver in 2001, it's kinda refreshing to see the image you came up with. And beautiful horses too.
