Holy crap. This is very nice. It's a great photo in general (I love the stances you were caught in), but this manipulation does something very delicate to the faces.
I'm sorry that you've been bitten with the variations bug also.

Actually it is quite a fun bug to have been bitten with (thought I wish the rash would go away).
Thank you for the crop tip. I was trying to emphisize Tim as much as possibly though without puting his face in the center of the print (I dig placement).
However, I have been unsussesfully trying to draw attention away from kelsey in this photo. Her colours and expression contrasts too much with Tim.

Well, I justified Tim's placement in the center by the fact that he's only so on the horizontal axis, not the vertical. If you're interested in keeping him off-center both ways, however, try desaturating Kelsey's face in Photoshop using the "dodge" tool and perhaps blurring it a little. Best of luck.
