The difference from this shot and Adrian i is that in Adrian i I used photoshop to remove the light spots to the right, and in this shot, during the enlargment process I covered the subject and burned off the unwanted spots with light before developing.
This is also a higher quality shot (scanned a larger print).
This has been one of my most difficult shots I have taken because of: the long exposure (it was a big guessing game to see if I over/underexposed the film), the difficultes in removing all unwanted light, having the model hold absolutly still for almost three minutes, as well as during enlargement I had to carefully use extra light on the paper (with film removed) to burn out the unwanted light.
However, this turned out better than ever anticipated, it has been added to cream of the crop as a personal favourite.
