Misty pictures are possible to take in December-January only, when it is below -40C. When around -30C or -35C, sky is clear mostly :)

Thank you so much for adding pictures from Yakutsk. I remember while growing up my dad spend half of the 90-ies in Yakutsk. he was in the fur business... so even though i've never been there and live thousends of miles away that city still sounds very sentimental... :)
