It is possible, but I don't think it is. If my memory isn't way off (which it very well could be) I think I have seen the writing there before - I just didn't notice it until today.

Aside from the difficulty in defining the word 'freedom', is the context that made all but more interesting; how, to whom and when should such freedom be excercise or controlled.
