I've become obsessed with the food network... Cupcake wars, chopped, Anthony Bourdain, iron chef, etc! (Mostly because all my patients watch these shows so I watch it with them lol at first just out of the corner of my eyes, but then just to join them whenever I had free time:)) So I've come to love just rummaging through the fridge to see what there and throwing it together :) It's not very fancy, but very delicious if I say so myself!!

I can't wait to have my own apartment! It's going to be filled with fresh fruits and vegetables! And I'm going to throw things like this together for people when they come over!! I can't wait to finally grow up and be a real live ADULT! So excited for Feburary, by then, I'll finally know where I'll live and start planning for the rest of my life!

Dear New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Pittsburgh, Michigan... I am SO dissappointed in you. I wished for snow, bought snow boots, bought warm cloths, wool socks... Etc and you didn't snow! Not even a good amount to actually warrant using snow boots! And what do I see when I arrive to Milwaukee!?!?? Snow! Tons of it! You can wade through it up to your waist worth! Bah!

Good news though no flight delay! :)
