"Variable" Visibility
Bern and I had a really great translation system for Grouse's snow reports back in the day. For example:
"Variable visibility" means fuckin' white out.
"Hard packed" means the mountain is a bulletproof ice rink and you're better off on your skates.
Classic grouse. Soooo much pow this morning and probably 50 people on the entire mountain.
