This is from the collection of my Aunt Ida's photos. She worked mostly
for Christie Studios and Olive Thomas worked there for a time.
Olive is one of the few stars of that time that is still well known
today.

Thank you for the wealth of information about this celebrity. i'd seen that famous Vargas painting but didn't know about Olive. i read some of that reference material from the site that you link to but i plan to return for more. The links there to more promised art ref. material is esp intriguing for me. She was quite a woman. The reputation she had about those fascinating eyes is also interesting.
