Great view, fresh air, roof may leak Keeler, California on the banks of Owens lake (Dry).

Bead work I did in high school that represented Native past. Industrial revolution and the future. This was made years before the space shuttle flew in space.

Today I went to the funeral of Bruce Allen one of my mom and dad's best friends. He was the best man at their wedding. Bruce was a nice guy and a friend to me also. This photo is from a time he and my dad worked at the Huntington Park Warner Brothers theater. That's my dad's shotgun in the photo. They were in the service at the same time, the navy.

This last year and a half has been a tough one, we have lost four people we have deeply cared for and loved, all to cancer. All but one in the prime of their life. I truly hope a cure for cancer is found some day. We all die, but this illness is a thief of time and life.

I have been posting very slowly and this has been one of the reasons.

I wish everybody a long and peaceful life and may we all enjoy what we have to fullest.

Last week we went on a road trip up Highway 395. This nice looking motel looked inviting, so we spent the night. I have to wash the road grime off, so I'm going to take a shower, see you later.
