Definite 9 out of 10. I think the little islands down in the water are very wonderful. I like the way that the moon is quite large both on the horizon and in the reflection you see in the water. The golden-ness and darkness set a very interesting mood. Well done!

Full Metal Photographer (and others who asked the question) :
the moonlit landscape with all the reflections from moon were taken in single shot, I had to do long exposure (15 secs) because the ocean was quite violent and long exposure helped to settle the waves a bit. I shot the moon separately prior to that because the long exposure at 15secs gives you just one big white ball. so when I initially took the picture of the moon at shutter speed of 1/100 the landscape was all black.
btw. this was a moonrise (not a moonset)
so to answer your question : 1st shot moon at 0.01sec and then the moonlit landscape at 15 secs.
i was shooting RAW so it gave me some room to adjust white balance, EV, tones and so on afterwards. I have then blended the two images into one.

btw. I have shot a similar picture 2 days earlier in a single shot
(at a different location),
it was a simpler & easier setup because I didn't care about the landscape which turned out to be all black for obvious reasons.
that time it was a Moonset (you can find it in my Photostream under title "Moonset at the lake"

I have no problem with this being a composite photo, except that the transition edge between the moon and the water seems somehow unconvincing, too abrupt maybe? Love the overall effect otherwise.
