I've been using Bryce to render different types of 3d scenes for years, but recently got into character and concept modelling. But for this set I want a white background and couldn't quite get what I was after in bryce, especially when it comes to objects with reflective surfaces and subtle shadows over white. I've been trying different render settings in Blender for a couple of days looking for the right combination of lighting and materials/shaders to get the right look.
