WTF?

These are pictures I took with my (very poor quality) cell phone camera. It's a miracle that the one on the left is as clear as it is.

What you are seeing here is an epidemic which I have discovered at all the (3) Wal-Marts in my area. I believe someone is buying the 12 inch Duke figures (which have been discounted to $10.00), taking the parts they want and replacing them with what looks like parts for 12 ionch the Corps! figures and resealing them then returning them. I have found at least 2-3 figures like this PER store out on the pegs! This is what happens when retail stores don't put people in charge of their departments who actually KNOW anything about the products they sell.I tried to point this out to an employee at one of these stores and he tried to convince me that these came from the factory like this and that these are the figures that are suposed to be in the package even though the reverse side clearly shows the figure that should be on the card!

Oh well, with what they pay these people an hour I can't really blame him for not giving a shit.

It's a shame because whoever is behind this is really screwing over his fellow Joe fans, and Wal-Mart could probably easily determine who it is by pulling up the return reciepts, if they refunded it to a credit or debit card.

If I find the culprit they shall face the fury of Decepti!

The New Recruits Part 1

In the deepest, darkest part of GI Joe's secret underground headquarters "The Pit" lies a chamber that most Joes don't even know exists. It is here that Sgt. Slaughter and his crack team of Renegades meet to welcome the newest members to their team.....

Hawk: Gentelmen, I'd like to introduce you to 2 new team members that have recently been transferred to this unit: Lieutenant Colonel Johnathan "Hannibal" Smith and Sergeant First Class B.A. Baracus.

These men were once wanted fugitives for a crime they insist they didn't commit when they were serving back in 'Nam. They operated for many years as part of a team of mercenaries known as "the A-Team" until they were recaptured and offered the opportunity to earn a full pardon if they completed a series of suicide missions for our Uncle Sam. Unfortunately, half of the A-Team was wiped out in their last mission, so the remaining members have been re-assigned to the Renegades. I'm sure they'll fit in very well here and you will do your best to help them with the adjustment.
