Is this dirt on the lens?

most probably a mark on the disc or very small bubbles caught under the blob. :-)

ive just viewed it on original and its tiny bubbles. :-)

Embedded in here are the lands and pits of a song :-)

Mirror Band....mirror band is etched with the name of the manufacturer, as well as a number or barcode identification.
