"I hereby explicitly forbid Microsoft or any of its agents or employees or business partners to use my photographs in any way, shape, or form. My photographs are available for licensing to Microsoft at the price of $1,000,000.00 US each per month. If Microsoft does not agree to these terms they may not in any way use, control, display, or access my photographs. By taking over control of Yahoo or Flickr, Microsoft agrees to these terms on an ongoing basis."

Will this work? I figure this is just as valid as Microsoft's shrink-wrapped EULA. At the very least it is my very clear protest against Microsoft having anything to do with my photographs.
