Chirashi Sushi

I was having a craving for sushi yesterday, so for lunch, we headed to one of our favorite Asian restaurants. I wanted sushi in rolls, but I couldn't decide exactly what I wanted. So I opted for the chirashi sushi, which is slices of sashimi atop a bed of seasoned rice. And let me tell you, it was delicious! A+++ WOULD EAT AGAIN.
