Man in white

This is Kurt's most hated uniform. The Navy is unique by changing its uniforms based on the season, so in the summer they wear these whites and in the winter they wear what are called "blues." Only they're not blue, they're black. The rest of the armed forces stick with one color all year round -- blue for Air Force, green for Army, and the cool-looking Marine uniform you see during the Toys for Tots campaign at Christmas. Kurt's winter dress uniform can be seen here. He wears the same cap with this uniform as he was wearing in that photo.

These are his service dress whites. This uniform also includes white shoes for Chiefs and officers, which boggles my mind. Even the soles are white! He dislikes them so much simply because they are WHITE, and if you know my husband at all, white clothing and he do not mix well. He attracts dirt like iron filings to a magnet.
