Pancake Flight at Orange

Normally I don't choose only sweet things for breakfast but I couldn't pass up the holiday themed pancake flight! Four flavors of silver dollar pancakes: eggnog, candy cane, strawberry and white chocolate. Yum.

Zeiss Projector

The Adler Planetarium has the last Zeiss projector in operation in the US (and maybe the world). It is scheduled to be replaced in mid 2010 because they can no longer get replacement parts that they need. The new system will be digital and will definitely be a different experience.
