Eisbein pot-au-feu

    A hearty soup made with potatoes, carrots, onions cabbage, and "eisbein", which is a cured pork hock from Germany. The eisbein was a gift from my boss.

      Hi,

      We eat here in Brazil a very similar plate, I think it´s from Portuguese influence. It called by "Cozido".
